Soar into Magic does not charge any start-up or training fees. We send our travel planners' quote requests on each day they choose to receive leads. We mentor new agents to set them up for success in this industry. 

While this is an amazing opportunity to do what you love and help guests create magical vacations, it is a very serious professional endeavor that involves a commitment to excellence, organization, time management, sales proficiency and a daily dedication to the Disney philosophy of superior guest relations. Due to the nature of this endeavor, travel planners should be available during normal business hours and are expected to abide by a 24 - 48 hour response time. Travel Planners should be able to service their guests when discounts are released, cruise itineraries become bookable and emergencies arise.
